If you do not wish to take part in tender that has been offered to you, you can terminate your participation via the Actions menu.
Click the End Participation button.
The following window opens:
Here you can give a brief explanation for your decision in the text box.
Click the Decline button to confirm your decision to decline the invitation.
This will be highlighted in red in the quotation status.
