You need the ava-sign bidding tool to complete, submit and sign the tender documentation.
The service directory (GAEB data type 83) can be exported into its own costing program and subsequently imported back into ava-sign.
This tool can be used offline.
Using the online support tool, our support technicians (Help Desk) can directly view your monitor via an Internet connection. Questions or support problems can be resolved quickly and easily.
1.To start the session, click on the Download button and save the client module to your Windows Desktop.
2.After downloading, run the client module fvw_Kundenmodul.exe.
3.After starting and connecting to the server, a window will appear. Enter the session number given by our Help Desk over the telephone or in an e-mail.
4.Confirm by clicking "Connect" to connect to the Help Desk.
